ESG Consulting

Withing the framework of ESG cooperation we assist companies setting up and creating a tailor-made ESG report. There are two ways we approach cooperation:

Forms of cooperation

1. ESG – a manager via touch

This form of cooperation is handled via office hours. We help the company to produce the first ESG report or strategy in compliance with the ESRS standards. Within the cooperation we offer a thorough support to the company so it may fulfil the goal; the consultation is done via our office hours and project management. In addition, we also share useful materials that make orientation of the client in the ESG area easier. These materials will also help while writing the ESG report.

2. ESG Custom Made

This form of cooperation takes the burden off the company as our representatives do the key work from starting the report to collecting the data, they participate in the realization of the stakeholders’ dialogues, and finally they write up the final report. Our representatives also complete all the activities in connection with the ESG strategy, the report, and the support of the client.

Our representatives also complete all the activities in connection with the ESG strategy, the report, and the support of the client.

The main goal of the cooperation on the ESG report is to set the parameters so that they follow the EU legislation. Within the framework of the cooperation, we do the company analysis of the existing situation in ESG areas.

We identify strengths and look of opportunities in the sustainable area. We evaluate and compare the existing situation of the client with that of its competitors. Then we integrate the internal and external stakeholders for the ESG report consider the most important topics from various perspectives.

A result of the cooperation will be a final ESG report that will be visually attractive; it will include a matrix of priorities with concrete action points so the implementation of the goal may be made. The ESG goal is an easy-to-understand report that communicates via its content and via visuals the strength of the stakeholders. All this is done to achieve an advantage in the competition and to solidify a strong position in the market.

The Whole Preparation Process of the ESG Reporting has four sequences:

  1. An in-depth conversation
  2. An analytical part
  3. A definition of the material topics
  4. Preparation of the report
